We love worshipping God as one big family

We hope you find these resources helpful in worshipping Jesus in your family and little church.

First a confession!

We are still learning and growing in how to worship together. We don’t have all the answers but we are asking the questions. We are committed to inter-generational worship, learning from one another, sacrificing for one another and encouraging one another. Not that there can’t or shouldn’t be times of worship in smaller groups where we use a more narrow style or worship, but that segregated, ‘age-appropriate’ worship where we tolerate one another’s differences in worship rather than engage with them, can’t be our main vehicle when we gather together as one body.

It’s not that we don’t love a good 7 verse Hymn with thine’s and ‘thou’s - or a super fun kids song that teaches biblical truths more than it talks about Jesus.

Instead it is that in the pursuit of being one body we are learning how to worship together, using songs with deep theological truth but simple words, covering the breadth of a healthy worship diet. Pursuing together not just songs of joy, but ones of lament, challenge, encouragement, declaration and sacrifice.

These are just a few resources that you might find helpful. If you know of any more, please do feed them in so we can learn together.
